little bunny blanket....

When I saw this pattern I knew I had to make it!!!

this afternoon my little miss and I are attending a baby shower

for a lovely lady from our church so a bunny blanket just had to be made.

Made using two strands of Sullivans Coton-a

held together and crocheted with a 6mm hook.

and a great pattern! I love the little hands that are tied into knots :)

Pattern can be found on

I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to all of those who left comments

on the shawl in my last post,

It was a birthday gift for my Mother In Law and she loved it :)

..........................................

We've had a great week and a bit, with grandparents visiting, an Easter hat parade, end of school term festivities....and I have been busy making a couple of other projects!

I seemed to have missed my block of the week project this week,

maybe I'll get two blocks done this coming week.

lots of excitement in my home today as its the first day of school holidays - yay :)

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend

  10. Hullo Gillian, oh this is so cute. Ditto to the joy of school holidays. Oh my gosh, we have begun the fun at our place too. I am so excited to have my little ones home. Despite my studies breathing down my neck, just taking the whole school thing out of the equation and me not at work will give us time to be together. I have missed my boys terribly. Happy holidays to you and yours. hip hip hooray!!
