Girly bits I've used are - Fancy Pants PP, Pressed Petal Metal word (giggle), Big Blossom -uknown, Paper Blossoms - Unknown, Urban Lily Chipboard Circle, zig pen, oh yes and you guessed it my sewing machine...
Little tip for you today, instead of matting photo's try stitching like I have here, around the outside edge of your photo's, using the edge of the foot of your machine as a rough guide, stitch randomly and with multiple rows of stitching for a 'funky' look... also I've used the same pp for the journaling just sanded the edges to make them stand out a bit. TTFN Gillian :o)

It's been awhile since I visited you, Gillian - how wonderful to see how creative you have been! Love the LO you posted today - the stitching idea is a good one to try. The photos are perfect!
Will hopefully get back into papercrafting a bit more often - live in hope, hey?
Looks like you had a blessed Easter - He is Risen indeed!

Gorgeous layout. Fab pics.
I bought a full pack of nail files especially for cardstock & photo edges. I get through them so fast!!! then when I need one for my nais, you bet I can't find a single one!!

Pretty in pink. She's growing now! You can't help but smile when you look at this! Always love to see your SB pages and the little loves. Great page and cool tip!
Gillian...this is too adorable. Great tip with the stitching.......now i gotta just learn to use the sewing machine, lol.
Hi Gillian!
Lovely LO. I allways have photos from boys...I never have a girl photo to make a girly LO sniff, sniff... Even our friends have only boys...
I love the stitch look you make in all your works. I don't have a really sewing machine (I'm a mother I should have one I know...). I bought one from ProvoCraft but it's really a very very small one, not a really sewing machine :)))
Another great page Gillian. She is adorable and I love the cake. You did a fantastic job!
